RESPONSIBILITIES

Join our Agricultural Solutions Expert Services Team AP/ESE and support us on our path of digital transformation.

• You develope and implement online or digital data analytics in a highly complex, cultural diverse marketing and sales community within AP Europe.
• Furthermore, you design data visualization for reports, dashboards and cockpits to improve the user experience and interaction.
• You setup regular data processing steps and support the decision making of management by ad-hoc data analysis.    
• You conduct regular webinars for internal users of analytics tools and dashboards to enfoster usage of implemented solutions.    
• In addition, you manage access rights and "how to questions" for APE users of central analytics tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

• completed studies in computer science, business, business technology or similar 
• strong knowledge of data transfer formats and master data systematics as well as expertise in working with databases
• experience in digital or online marketing
• familiarity with standard applications, particularly Excel
• ideally first proven project management experience
• fluent in English with the ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholders, German is a plus

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 38.000 - 49.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
• Flexible working hours so that you can organize your working and private life according to your needs.
• Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
