Pay Range:
$35.50 - $53.25This position will be a regional float serving the Northeastern Greater Charlotte Physical Therapy market including University City Adults, Cabarrus Gateway, Kannapolis area, and Prosperity Crossing. Pelvic Physical Therapy experience needed.
Essential Functions
- Evaluates patients, selects and administers assessment techniques, synthesizes information to establish appropriate patient care plan to include necessary modalities, procedures, exercise programs, therapeutic groups and patient education as warranted by a holistic view of the patient's diagnosis, condition, age, and discharge needs.
- Gathers and interprets appropriate data from the medical record, physician reports, patient, and/or family as evidenced by documentation.
- Establishes functional goals in conjunction with the patient and provides evidenced based intervention to work towards meeting these goals with ongoing assessment to adjust the plan of care as needed .
