SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE

Must exhibit exceptionally strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate the ability to work well with others as part of a team. Experience with implementing workflow initiatives to improve productivity.

Ability to work in high pressure situations. Strong instrumentation and surgical procedural knowledge. Must exhibit strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate ability to work well with others as part of a team. Certified Surgical Technician: with knowledge in all service lines the department covers. Demonstrate ability to work well with others as part of a team. Requires moderate computer skills. Must be able to follow oral and written instructions, as well as perform basic mathematical calculations. Working knowledge of AAMI and AORN standards.
