What You’ll Do
- Provide onsite advanced clinical care, including acute, episodic, preventive, and chronic disease management
- Deliver proactive care for employees, spouses, and dependents
- Collaborate with HPP nurses on claims analysis and care coordination
- Establish clinical pathways and treatment protocols
- Conduct telehealth visits as appropriate
- Coordinate care with external provider networks
- Maintain required licensure and certifications

The (Required) Qualifications
To practice safely and compliantly, we do need:
- Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Active, unrestricted Michigan RN license
- Active, unrestricted FNP certification (AANP or ANCC)
- Active Michigan NP Specialty Certification
- 2+ years of nursing experience (med-surg, ER, ICU, acute care, public health, school nursing, or outpatient preferred)
- BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) within 90 days of hire
