We are a key driver of all of LinkedIn’s major paid solutions: Campaign Manager, Recruiter and Sales Navigator.
We are looking for a self-driven and entrepreneurial revenue-focused Principal Product Manager to join our team to help LinkedIn continue to do good and do well - while we provide economic value to all professionals across the globe, we hope to take a proper revenue cut through scalable business models.
As a PPM, you will be responsible for owning the long-term strategy and features roadmap to drive impactful product launches and also as industry expert, you will also be responsible for growing product managers in the organization. You will be part of a world class product management team and define the vision and strategy for what Data and Optimization at scale within the rapidly evolving industry landscape.

Responsibilities:
Drive and evolve the Data and Optimization product lines for LAN that focus on optimizing marketplace efficiency for better customer ROI and scale.
- Drive and evolve LinkedIn’s paid offerings supported by company and service pages
- Create and articulate a compelling vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution plans for your overall product domain. Get alignment from cross-functional team members and executives for your vision and strategy
- Communicate product values to users and stakeholders, representing the team with the company’s senior leadership
- Mentor and develop a team of product managers to innovate and execute product initiatives across the company.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building ad and/or premium products at scale, with great understanding of ecosystem and growth
- Demonstrated ability to develop an ambitious product strategy and successfully execute on the vision.
- Top notch collaborator, who can influence others, rally disparate teams to align to and execute on a shared vision, build a positive team culture and sense of inclusion, and communicate effectively with all audience
- An insatiable sense of curiosity, a bias for action, and a strong desire to make an impact.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace.
- Exceptional ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams. Experience working with a set of highly skilled engineers, data scientists, and designers.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $173,000 to $280,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
