Purpose of Role

Under Armour EMEA is looking for a talented professional to join their team as Wholesale Allocator - ECI. The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels of Under Armour product in a select group of El Corte Ingles managed space, to maximize sales potential and increase inventory productivity.  This will be done through the analysis of internal reports to determine the right amount, correct timing, and proper flow of merchandise from our distribution center into the stores, as well as, understanding the exit strategy on product assortments.  This individual will work closely with the Planning, Merchandising and Supply Chain team located in the EMEA headquarters as well as with the in-country UA Sales team and the El Corte Ingles teams and Store Staff.   

Your Impact

• Allocate new product assortments to ECI managed spaces stores utilizing merchandise plans and product strategies.
• Ensure proper inventory levels in ECI managed space stores by creating replenishment orders based on detailed analysis of POS data and inventory availability.
• Create, run, and maintain benchmark reports and distribute to management weekly.
• Own weekly callouts regarding inventory levels, both in store as well as in distribution center, and partner with cross functional partners on risk and opportunities and drive actions.
• Support the sales planner, merchandiser and sales team on sell through analysis and learnings to optimize future assortment and sales plans. 
• Own size curve analysis and feed into buying process.
• Recommend changes and/or enhancements to current processes and systems for allocation and replenishment purposes. 
• Produce ad-hoc reports as needed to support business requests.
• Assortment master data and pricing template creation and upload to ECI account systems by article level both for wholesale and direct operation. 
• Introduce the Order Book details in SAP for the new season implementation by door and warehouse destination. Preorder and Reorder in scope.
• Liaise with customer service team for the transportation and deliver process from Under Armour warehouse to ECI doors and/or ECI warehouse.

Qualifications

• 5-years of relevant experience and bachelor’s degree
• Strong retail math acumen, including elements of inventory productivity measures (weeks of supply, sell-through, etc) 
• Proficiency at analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data; with the ability to synthesize information and translate into effective and actionable insights.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver projects and results within timelines.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.  The ability to present information in a clear, concise, and complete manner.
• Self-starter, creative, enthusiastic, innovative, and collaborative attitude
• Sense of urgency and accuracy
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience working with El Corte Ingles or department stores in general is desirable.
• Fluent in English and Spanish
