As a Senior Product Manager in our Emerging Products team, you'll be at the forefront of our journey. We are looking for a generalist who can transition into working with a variety in products. In this role you will be working on building new products and services, you will take part in shaping, thinking and developing these. To succeed in this role, you need to bring your true intrapreneurial skills, challenge the status quo, bring a go-do attitude, bring forth new ideas, navigate mature and complex organisational structures and stakeholder landscapes, and be a strong communicator.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Strategic Visionary: From day one, you'll dive into our strategic data initiative, building a state-of-the-art data platform to maximize value for our merchants and strategic partners. You will have a hands-on onboarding to get to know the domains, as we have an ambitious target already set for 2025.
• Goal Setter: Defined the product strategy and set clear objectives to anchor our vision and translate it into key capabilities across teams and markets. 
• Collaborator: Work closely with product managers, designers, and group IT specialists to ensure timely and quality output across the domains.
• Pathfinder: Help define strategic paths for various products within Emerging Products, and confidently present concise messages to a broad stakeholder landscape, including senior management.
• Executer: Ensure that roadmaps are delivered and teams are aligned.

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

• A generalist with a passion for product management and a knack for strategic thinking.

• Adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
• A natural communicator, comfortable presenting to senior management and diverse stakeholders.
• Has a proven track record of delivering results with impact in complex organizations
• You have your toolbox in order, but still strive in the unknown
• Self-driven and proactive is a must
• Proficiency in English

We imagine a candidate with the following Experience:

• 5+ years as a Product Manager
• Working with B2B product propositions is a plus
• Payment industry knowledge is a plus
• Working with data-centered services is a plus
• Enjoys and has proven experience in collaborating and communicating across functions.
• Comfortable with ambiguity.
• Leading product development from idea to launch.
• Not afraid of challenging the status quo, but always with a solution and executional focus
• High quality in deliverables that ensures our business results.
• Clear decision maker
