About the role

Summary

The Coordinator, Business Operations will provide operations support to the Texas Child Health Access Through Medicine - TCHATT initiative. The selected candidate will report directly to the TCHATT Program Administrator, providing operations support and execution on administrative tasks from the grant funded initiative. Day to day duties will include supporting and coordinating daily operations, and working with external stakeholders

Job Duties

  • Collaborates with team members to generate reports, responsible for data preparation for Trayt reporting. Collects documentation related to program operations.
  • Coordinates and tracks documents being reviewed by BCM legal.
  • Oversees and track inventory across various locations, including schools and homes. Manage requests for equipment and supplies. Coordinates with external partners such as TCH.
  • Assists in managing various systems, ensuring provider credentials, training, and system set up. Collaborates with TCH to streamline processes. Ensures providers on both sides have the necessary support and resources.
  • Attends and maintain meeting minutes for TCHATT. Compose and send meeting minutes to appropriate personnel.
  • Facilitates effective communication between teams and stakeholders.
  • Works with Outreach Coordinator to facilitate TCHATT's participation in conferences.
  • Manages and facilitates purchases for TCHATT. Streamlines procurement processes and ensures efficient resource allocation.
  • Maintains organized files and documents related to the programs.
  • Performs other administrative duties as assigned. meeting minutes to appropriate personnel across a dozen institutions.
  • Facilitates effective communication between teams and stakeholders.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Two years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
