Hiring for Global, Commercial Learning & Enablement - Remote

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:

Design and implement the commercial team's onboarding and continuous learning strategy. Define the global learning and enablement strategy in alignment with the organization's objectives and business priorities.

Identify key learning and development priorities, gaps, and opportunities to drive effectiveness and productivity improvements across all commercial operations.

  • Program design and implementation:

Develop and implement comprehensive learning programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of the global commercial team, focusing on commercial and business process optimization.

Design and deliver training on specific business processes, including sales and marketing operations, ensuring comprehensive understanding and application of these processes across the company.

Utilize a variety of training modalities, such as instructor-led sessions, e-learning, microlearning, simulations, and virtual training, tailored to meet the needs of commercial operations.

  • Commercial Enablement & Business Process Adoption:

Define and execute a detailed plan for training the commercial team on the use of SFDC, Marketo and other tools to streamline and optimize sales and marketing processes.

Develop training materials and sessions focused on business process improvements, including the effective management of sales pipelines, customer engagement strategies, and marketing automation tools.

Act as a bridge between IT, Sales & Marketing Ops, Sales, and Strategic Marketing to ensure SFDC, Marketo and other business tools are effectively meeting the needs of the teams, facilitating the resolution of any process or tool-related issues.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and resources on business processes and commercial tools for continuous learning/adoption.

  • Measurement and Reporting:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of business process training and enablement initiatives.

Analyze feedback and performance data to measure the return on investment (ROI) and effectiveness of training programs, adapting strategies as necessary to maximize outcomes.

Provide regular reports and insights to senior leaders and stakeholders on the outcomes and successes of the global learning and sales enablement function.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to establish a long-term vision and roadmap for global commercial learning initiatives.

Foster strong collaborative relationships with Sales, Marketing, Product, and HR to ensure learning initiatives are fully integrated with business strategies and operational needs.

Engage with external vendors, consultants, and industry experts to enhance learning content and methodologies, ensuring that the team remains at the cutting edge of commercial practices.

Preferred Education Level:    Bachelors    

Minimum Years Required Experience:    5

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the location of the successful candidate, qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and job-related knowledge.
