Position Details:

Infinite Medical P.C  is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Medical Director to oversee and direct medical activities, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Program Engagement: Actively participate in CCMs, BHI, and COCM programs to ensure smooth operations and effective service delivery.
• Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement: Lead monthly initiatives to assess and improve program quality and performance.
• Meeting Attendance: Regularly attend and contribute to relevant meetings, providing updates and insights as needed.
• New Resident Onboarding: Assist with the integration and care of new residents entering the facility, ensuring a seamless transition.
• EMR Management: Utilize the PCC electronic medical record (EMR) system for documentation and care coordination.

Requirements:

• Medical Degree- MD/DO
• Board Certification

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
