Title Clerk Sr. Coordinator - Mail Team (Hybrid)

The Title Clerk Sr. Coordinator - Mail Team will be responsible for working with the Dealer Lien Perfection team within the KORS Department. The teams included will be Out of Business and Dealer Lien Placement with their daily processes. This individual will need to possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision. Responsibilities:

  • Work physical mail, mail images notating and imaging in AIMS

  • Distribute and work emails that come to the shared Auto Lien Box

  • Work LHS codes for perfected titles

  • Keep track of incoming checks received

  • Obtaining outgoing checks from the payment team 

  •  Print the needed documents and FedEx 

  • Work with Arkansas suspense and pulling mail team reports

  • Call dealerships and customers to obtain title status updates

  • Run state inquiries

  • Self motivated individual that can work under limited supervision

  • Provide a world class experience for our customers through strong communication skills

  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail

  • Exhibit professionalism and morale with associates at all levels including external contacts

  • Manage multiple tasks, appropriately prioritize workflow, and get the job done in an efficient manner

Job Level: Senior Coordinator 

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm CST (Tuesday - Thursday 7am - 4pm CST in office)

Location: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to spend 3 days per week working in office and the remainder of the week working virtually.

  • Plano, TX

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

  • At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience

  • At least 1 year experience working in the Financial Industry

  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience

  • At least 2 year experience working in the Financial Industry

  • At least 1 year of title processing experience
