We are looking for an Agile Technical Program Manager to lead our IT Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives, with a specific focus on driving the successful implementation and management of our CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) project. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring the efficient delivery of this strategic program, fostering collaboration across teams, and driving the transformation of our GTM processes. • CPQ Program Management: Lead the planning and execution of the CPQ project, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving adoption across the organization. Oversee all phases of the CPQ program, from initial scoping to deployment and ongoing optimization.
• Resource Management: Optimize the use of project resources to maximize productivity within defined constraints.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables, implement best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Problem-Solving: Navigate unforeseen challenges, adapt methodologies as needed, and drive innovation within project execution.
• Risk Management: Identify risks, develop robust mitigation strategies, and make critical decisions to keep projects on course.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimizing processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams, to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
• Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of GTM projects.
• Team Leadership: Lead and empower project teams, delegate tasks, foster a collaborative environment, and mentor junior team members.
• Analytics Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a data-driven decision-making culture.
• Agile Practices: Apply Agile principles and best practices as an experienced Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum teams.
• Agile Facilitation: Conduct Agile ceremonies, sessions, and workshops to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
