What Tender Care Home Health has to offer our OT's:- Medical, Dental, Vision- 401k- FSA & HSA
OT at Tender Care Home Health position requirements:- Current and valid Utah licensure as an OT.- Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.- Minimum of two years of clinical experience as an OT.- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA).
Pay Transparency:Minimum: $25.00 to Maximum: $31.00 per hour.
