Moog’s Talent Acquisition Team is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our manufacturing and production roles in Torrance, CA.

This a full-time, permanent opportunity at our Torrance, CA location. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Leader for Moog Military Aircraft Group and offers a 9/80 work schedule.

  

To be considered for this role, here’s what you’ll typically need to bring with you:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting; including experience managing a high-volume requisition load

• Experience recruiting and hiring for production and/or manufacturing type roles

Here’s what you will be doing on a day-to-day basis:

• Partner with hiring managers to accurately define position requirements and develop an effective sourcing strategy.

• Compose and post job ads.

• Identify and Partner with technical vocational schools and local workforce organizations.

• Plan and coordinate on-site company hiring events, represent Moog at local job-fairs, and participate in any industry-related networking events.

• Use creativity and resourcefulness to proactively source candidates.

• Conduct phone screens to qualify and present candidates to the hiring teams.

• Prepare and extend offers.

• Maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).

• Communicate with hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.

Salary Range Transparency:

Torrance, CA $75,000.00–$95,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
