Concrete Laborer - Summer Help

We are seeking college and high school students for temporary summer help. Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply. We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate aptitude for our type of work. Located in Springboro, Ohio.

All summer help positions are first shift and are scheduled to work 40 hours per week at $20.00/hour. 

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required or actively enrolled in a related Career & Technology (CTC) program.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools
• Basic math and precise measurement skills
• Familiarity reading blue prints a plus
• An interest in pursuing a construction, material handling or concrete labor position post graduation.
• Flexible to bounce between indoor production area and outdoor yard grounds.

General Duties

• Gather parts to be placed in forms for layout
• Fabricate steel bars into cages for precast pieces
• Prepare forms for the days' pour by cleaning, caulking and oiling forms
• Clean and return tools to storage area daily
• Cross-training in the yard doing material handling work.
