Warehouse Lead, Phoenix

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Warehouse Experience:

   • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

   • Proven knowledge of inventory handling, shipping/receiving, and warehouse organization.

2. Leadership Experience:

   • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

   • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a small team effectively.

3. Computer & Technical Skills:

   • Proficient with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).

   • Ability to quickly learn and utilize ServiceTitan (or similar service/CRM platforms).

   • Comfort with inventory software, barcode systems, and digital tracking tools.
