We are currently recruiting for an internship located at our office in Wilton, CT.
Roles and responsibilities
This position is based in Production Engineering Group within the manufacturing sector in Wilton, Connecticut.
To realize 'World Class' support to Manufacturing in order to ensure highest product quality, short lead-times and 'short time-to-market' by continuous improvement of ASML's new and existing products and processes.
Intern will provide support to the optical sensor production engineering team including data analysis, procedure writing, factory floor troubleshooting and continuous improvement projects.
Spending time in the Cleanroom providing direct support to production processes and troubleshooting and time studies when needed.
Spending time in an office environment working on continuous improvement and process development for production.
Developing OCAPs, Fishbones and troubleshooting guidelines.
Evaluating and dispositioning failed parts with proposed solutions.
Supporting development of Manufacturing procedures and technical work instructions, design and document reviews.
Other duties and tasks will include;
Help PE define and create Manufacturing procedures and work instructions for the new 870B Reticle Stage.
Help PE assemble and qualify 870B production tooling & qualification test.
Education and Experience
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
