• Support Sesame Place merchandise master planning strategies and implementation. Work directly with the Merchandise VP and Manager Team to ensure strategies align with the Park and Property Support growth strategies. 
• Conduct department revenue accountability and programs to exceed budget targets. 
• Provide direction to achieve the highest quality levels for all back of house operations, to include guest service, mail order, warehousing and product allocation including store presentations and displays. 
• Ensure compliance of all policies and procedures relative to operation, ensuring applicability and accuracy. Engage with peers and others in effort to advance all department and organizational objectives broadly. 
• Deliver revenue and EBITDA growth. 
• Carry out responsibilities in accordance with SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment policy and applicable laws, including audit and annual inventory completion. 
• Support departmental communication plans and ensure that direct reports are informed and engaged in departmental goals. 
• Provide oversight to the Merchandise Warehouse.
• Lead the development and execution of attractive, compelling displays. 
• Approve and ensure adherence to visual standards. 
• Analyze and implement plan-o-grams and store maps to maximize profitability. 
• Participate in product sets. 
• Perform other duties as assigned.
