About This Role:
iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced, motivated Senior Program Manager to work within the Transformation Management Office (TMO). The Transformation Management Office (TMO) serves as a strategic partner in leading and facilitating large-scale transformation programs. Unlike the traditional Program Management Office (PMO), which primarily supports project management, the TMO also actively drives results, aligns initiatives with organizational strategy, and fosters a culture of change.
In this role, you will play a critical role in driving organizational initiatives and ensuring programs deliver value and meet their intended goals. You will act as a change agent, who encourages us to Strive for Better every day and will help us successfully deliver on iRhythm’s strategic initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing
- Actively participate in the planning, execution, and evaluation of organization wide transformation initiatives, ensuring engagement from stakeholders at every stage.
- Act as an organizational change agent, promoting a culture of transformation, innovation, and resilience.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communications effectively; meeting with them proactively to discuss program status, goals, and outcomes.
- Track program performance metrics and making necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
- Fosters open communication and serves as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights that drive accountability and buy-in.
- Identify and mitigate program risk through proactive planning and collaboration with cross functional teams and key stakeholders.
- Must thrive on solving challenges, creating and applying best practices, and excel at managing expectations of key stakeholders and cross functional partners.
- Allocates resources effectively to ensure teams have what they need to succeed.
- Serve as a mentor to junior project managers across the enterprise
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
What We Need To See
- At least 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Prior experience in the healthcare provider and/or medical device sectors.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and/or Access).
- Proficiency using project and portfolio management tools (Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written skills to effectively communicate both detail and at a summary level to all levels of management
- Demonstrated ability to present information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and drive complex and cross functional initiatives, such as operational transformation, organizational change, or enterprise software implementation, advocating for continuous improvement and innovation.

Work Environment:
This role will primarily be remote. Occasional travel (up to 20%) will be required for onsite planning sessions, team meetings, and similar events.
