- Looking for a safety-focused Maintenance and Engineering Manager who can lead our maintenance and capital functions with a keen focus on equipment reliability. The individual will play a crucial role in managing our annual department budget, overseeing contractors, and ensuring optimal HS&E performance of the maintenance department.

- A well-maintained and reliable manufacturing facility that meets or exceeds all HS&E standards.
- Comprehensive reports on plant maintenance, capital investment, utilities management, and MRO inventory.
- An effective maintenance management system that improves efficiency and reduces downtime.
- A highly motivated and proficient team of maintenance and reliability engineers.

- Education and experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Extensive experience in maintenance management and capital functions, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
- Proven experience managing diverse teams and fostering a positive work environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, and HACCP programs would be advantageous.
- Technical skills
- Proficiency in using a CMMS with SAP or a similar system.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in relation to equipment reliability and maintenance issues.
- Knowledge of industry-standard manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
