Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an E2E Engineering Technician - CNC to join our team in Warsaw, IN.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

Purpose:
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
Coordinates basic CNC process development activities to effect high quality processes throughout the division.
Provides reviews and feedback for improvements in manufacturability.
Maintains equipment, materials, and process performance requirements; performs vendor and equipment searches to ensure adequate capability to produce quality products in required quantities at effective costs.
Coordinates design of experiments and capability studies, documents process specifications, and procures process tools.
Assists in the evaluation and selection of suitable equipment for optimized, balanced line performance.
Supports new processes and equipment analysis.
Develops process documentation and maintains training material on processes, materials, and equipment.
Support attainment of key business metrics through the provision of engineering support for value stream processes.
Support elimination of safety and quality risks in the process through implementation of robust engineering solutions.
Actively promotes a safety culture.
Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level.
