The Programme Manager will establish and maintain a structured governance framework, drive prioritisation, manage inter-dependencies, and enable the successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives that improve customer experience and business performance.</p><p><strong>Main Accountabilities</strong><br/></p><ul> <li>Own the end-to-end <strong>governance and coordination</strong> of the Customer programme, ensuring all initiatives are aligned to company priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.</li> <li>Provide a <strong>single view of progress, risks, value and dependencies</strong> across all projects within the programme.</li> <li>Define and maintain <strong>programme standards</strong>, documentation and reporting cadence to ensure consistent and transparent execution.</li> <li>Drive <strong>proactive planning and risk management</strong>, anticipating issues before they escalate.</li> <li><strong>Facilitate effective decision-making</strong> through structured communication with senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity on priorities, status and next steps.</li> <li>Support leadership in translating <strong>strategic goals into executable initiatives and measurable milestones</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Coach and develop</strong> two direct reports to ensure strong PMO support, robust reporting and data-driven insights.</li> </ul><p><strong>Main Responsibilities - Tasks</strong></p><ul> <li>Establish and maintain a <strong>programme governance structure</strong> including steering committee cadence, reporting templates and decision logs.</li> <li>Lead <strong>prioritisation and resource alignment</strong> across multiple workstreams.<br/></li> <li>Track delivery of <strong>milestones, financial impact and business value</strong> using structured reporting.</li> <li>Maintain and update the <strong>programme risk and dependency register</strong>, ensuring mitigation plans are in place.</li> <li><strong>Partner with cross-functional project leads</strong> to ensure alignment and accountability.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement of programme management practices and standards across the Customer area.<strong></strong></li> </ul><p><strong>Main Relationships</strong></p><ul> <li>Head of Performance &amp; Projects</li> <li>Chief Customer Officer &amp; Customer Leadership</li> <li>Key internal relationships: Customer project leads, Transformation, IT, Finance.</li> </ul><p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul> <li><strong></strong>Bachelors degree required</li> <li>Masters degree or certification in Programme/Project Management preferred</li> </ul><p><strong>Experience</strong> </p><ul> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience in project and programme management roles, including at least 2 years in a corporate or large-scale organisation managing a complex, multi-project portfolio.</li> <li>Proven experience setting up or leading programme governance frameworks, including reporting, prioritisation and stakeholder alignment.</li> <li>Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional transformation initiatives that delivered measurable business impact.</li> <li>Background from structured, process-driven organisations (aviation, retail, banking, consulting, telecoms, etc.) preferred. Previous aviation experience is not specifically required.</li> <li>Experience managing and developing small teams within a programme environment.</li> </ul><p><strong>Competencies</strong> </p><ul> <li>Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision and business goals into delivery.</li> <li>Challenging and assertive communicator, able to push for accountability whilst maintaining trust.</li> <li>Executive presence able to convey clarity, confidence and credibility with leadership up to Director and C-Level.</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</li> <li>High level of organisation, st
