THE JOB:
As a Food Runner at TAP Sports Bar, you’ll be the face of exceptional hospitality, delivering WOW-worthy experiences with your friendly demeanor and top-notch service in a fast-paced, exciting sports bar. By attentively understanding and anticipating guests' unique preferences, you’ll create moments of joy and delight that make every visit unforgettable and leave a lasting impression long after they’ve left the casino floor.
THE STARTING RATE: $15.8946 hourly + tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Expedite food from the kitchen to the table as dictated by sequence of service and by the Chef or kitchen expedite
Describe food upon placement on the table, answering questions pertaining to the dishes.
Work together on the line with the chef to build out orders correctly and promptly.
Maintain cleanliness based on health code standards throughout kitchen as well as tables.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Prior experience as a Food Runner or Food Server, preferably in a high-volume setting
Strong customer service background, with the ability to create personalized experiences and address guest needs promptly and professionally.
Familiarity with the dynamics of working in a resort or casino environment, adept at managing high-energy guest interactions.
