Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking an Part Time Overnight Bell Attendant to join our exciting Front Office team. Don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of our award winning team, while beginning your career with the world's leading luxury hotel company!

About the role

A Overnight Bell Attendant is responsible for assisting guest with luggage during arrival and departure, makes necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms, transports guest and hotel packages and parcels.

What you will do

• Greets guests and escorts them to their rooms. Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive

• Maintains proper records of deliveries and pick-ups

• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc

• Greets all guest passing through lobby and offers them assistance

• Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact

• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors

• Performs shoeshine service; picking up shoes from guest room, cleaning and polishing them and returning them to the guest

• Performs errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off of the hotel property

• Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform the job.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
• Ability to function under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
• Requires attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation and sales transaction paperwork

Schedule

• Ability to work an 8 hour shift with varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
