Working in this area, you will provide guidance on implementing customer service technologies, designing service models, and developing customer-centric service cultures.

Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. The Opportunity
As part of the FS Tfxm Cap Markets Management Consultant team you analyze and advise clients on complex strategic and operational matters. As a Director you are responsible for setting the strategic direction, leading business development efforts, and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. This role involves mentoring the future leaders and fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 15 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred
- CFA, CPP preferred
