Role reports to: Lead Analyst, Americas Inter-Regional Transport Excellence

Location: Kenvue is currently in the process of moving it's Global Headquarters from Skillman, NJ to Summit, NJ. This role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period of time during the transition that you must report to Skillman.

Pay: $73,000.00 – $117,300.00

What you will do 

The Sr. Analyst Transportation, IRTE (Inter-Regional Transport Excellence) Operation is responsible for planning, scheduling, and routing inbound and outbound shipments of freight. Primarily focused on Exports & Imports. You will analyze transportation planning opportunities to reduce costs, track and drive efficiency, and ensure on time delivery. Additionally, you will coordinate with carriers, distribution centers, customer logistics, sales, and affiliate end users:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative transportation strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Analyze transportation data and provide insights to improve operational performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement
• Lead transportation-related projects and initiatives to drive business results
• Ensure commercial documents are accurate and review and calculate orders in system to enable orders to be released on a timely basis and adheres to customer shipping standards and monthly timelines.
• Identify orders for consolidation and monitor orders from start to finish to ensure on time delivery of products.
• Provide support and information to internal customers concerning orders/shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers, booking agent, drayage, DC, to execute transportation service agreements and contracts.
• Compile data and statistics used in monthly reports and carrier performance reports and review with stakeholders.
• Partner with customer service and sales to execute export orders.
• Plan, schedule and route export shipment of freight.
• Conduct research and monitor transportation methods, rates and routes.
