Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Light housekeeping, including laundry and maintaining a safe environment
• Monitor and report changes in client’s condition
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow the care plan and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home care or a caregiving setting required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Reliable transportation - must have valid driver insurance and car insurance
