Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or related fields
Strategic thinking with the ability to align reporting with business objectives
Proven experience with HRIS platforms, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, proactively identify trends, storytelling and provide actionable insights
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Expertise in developing and managing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills
Superior attention to detail and ability to manage highly confidential information

Physical Demands
The physical demands include but are not limited to use of a Keyboard, 10-key, Mouse, Telephone Use, Handwriting, Sitting, Standing, Crouching, Kneeling, Bending, Walking, and lifting up to 10lbs occasionally.

The work conditions and environment include not are not limited to constant work inside, frequently working closely with others or alone, and occasionally travel as needed.
