Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a self-starter who can take help Samsung integrate GenAI to develop marketing content at scale for customized customer-messaging. This person will be utilizing AI tools in order to accelerate direct marketing (Email/push-notification/SMS) program in order to improve engagement & conversion.  As part of the Corporate Marketing – Tech Centralization team, the person will be leading marketing technology integration & pilot for AI tools to support cross-category CRM targeted at high value customers.

Key tasks & responsibilities:

• Leading CRM strategy & planning for upper-funnel audiences/passively in-market customers (scheduling, target setting & measurement)

• Messaging & creative development using AI tools to generate marketing content at scale (subject line, email body content, product/lifestyle visuals)

• Coordinate with cross-functional business & operation teams (PR, marketing operations, product & category sales) and manage deployment end-to-end CRM campaign deployment

Key deliverables during internship:

• Delivery of marketing campaign utilizing existing AI-tools

• Roadmap to scaling AI-generated marketing more broadly

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications:

• Academic Major Preferred: (Undergrad and Masters) Business and/or STEM

• Marketing Automation & Technology (Understanding AI-driven content generation tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Synthesia); Knowledge of AI-powered customer segmentation and personalization engines)

• Data Analytics & Measurement (Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation); Understanding marketing data pipelines and ETL processes)

• Familiarity with common AI/ML use cases in marketing (e.g., personalization, predictive analytics, bots)

• Previous sales/marketing (cross-functional leadership)

• Experience developing marketing performance reports (KPI dashboards or ad-hoc reports)
