You'll join a dynamic team with colleagues in Denmark, Lithuania, Finland, and Norway, based in the heart of Copenhagen alongside 90 colleagues from various global teams. You will also collaborate with other departments across Danske Bank Group.</span></p> <p><span><b>Value chain-oriented team player with change management skills</b></span></p> <p><span>In this role, you will participate in projects aimed at process improvement and change management, while also engaging in daily operational tasks in SimCorp Dimension. You should have proven experience in the financial industry, particularly in asset management, back office, operations, or investment, and a strong interest in investment products and processes.</span></p> <p><span>We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives and projects, including the ability to describe and document solutions effectively. Proficiency in SimCorp Dimension and a digital mindset are essential, along with excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.</span></p> <p><span>You are a strong team player and an independent worker with good co-operation and time-management skills.
