Manufacturing Engineer Manager

What You’ll Do
Based in our Easton, PA office, the Manufacturing Engineering Manager will be a key member of our Operations Leadership Team. You’ll lead a talented group of engineers and maintenance professionals while shaping how we build, improve, and deliver top-tier ergonomic office products. You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, ensuring safety, quality, cost-efficiency, and throughput remain best-in-class.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching, and mentoring the manufacturing engineering and maintenance team
• Driving cost-reduction, efficiency, and process optimization initiatives
• Managing capital projects, plant maintenance, and equipment improvements
• Designing and overseeing BOM structure and production routing processes
• Implementing automation and emerging technologies across workflows
• Supporting Design for Manufacturing (DFM) efforts to optimize buildability
• Collaborating with Finance on budget development and capital planning
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Engaging in cross-functional strategy to scale our engineering capabilities
• Supporting hands-on problem solving with operations and production teams

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Engineering and 8+ yrs of experience in a manufacturing setting
• 5+ yrs of departmental leadership and 15 yrs of manufacturing experience preferred
• Hands-on knowledge of machining, die casting, welding, powder coating, and progressive assembly
• Proficiency in CAD (Autodesk Inventor preferred) and Microsoft Office; SYTELINE is a plus
• Experience in Lean principles, statistical process control, and automation technologies
• Proven ability to drive results, lead through ambiguity, and influence peers
• Someone who rolls up their sleeves and owns the floor—strategy meets action
