We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Principal Project Management / Sr. Principal Project Management to assist in executing key organizational strategy initiatives. This role will be integral in translating strategic objectives in a dynamic and compelling way. The ideal candidate will be skilled in strategic thinking, have excellent communication skills, and possess expertise in designing high-quality presentations to convey complex information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support Organizational Strategy Initiatives:

  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand strategic priorities and goals.

  • Assist in the execution and tracking of organizational strategy initiatives.

  • Provide analytical support for strategy development, including gathering and synthesizing data from various sources.

  • Contribute to the development of strategic frameworks, action plans, and performance metrics.

2. PowerPoint Presentation Creation:

  • Design and develop dynamic, professional, and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to communicate strategic initiatives, business updates, and key performance indicators.

  • Ensure consistency in presentation style, format, and branding in all deliverables.

  • Translate complex data and concepts into clear, concise, and visually appealing slides.

  • Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to refine content and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

3. Project Management & Coordination:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and materials are delivered on time.

  • Provide support in organizing strategy meetings, workshops, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Monitor and track the progress of strategic initiatives and report on outcomes.

4. Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on industry best practices for presentation design and strategy execution.

  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in strategy communication and propose innovative solutions.

Principal Project Management Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field and 5 years of experience, 3 years with a Masters, 1 year with a PhD OR an additional 4 years of experience will be considered in-lieu of a degree

  • Must have an Interim Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain at the Secret Level

  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 products with strong expertise in PowerPoint and Canva, with a portfolio of high-quality presentation design work

  • Proven experience in supporting organizational strategy initiatives, business analysis, or project management

  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize complex information into easily digestible visuals

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • A proactive, self-starter with a passion for supporting organizational success

Sr. Principal Project Management Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field and 8 years of experience, 6 years with a Masters, 4 year with a PhD OR an additional 4 years of experience will be considered in-lieu of a degree
