Position Summary
Legacy .NET Developer – Project Delivery Specialist

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support existing legacy .NET applications, ensuring their stability, performance, and reliability. Analyze, debug, and resolve issues in legacy codebases, providing efficient solutions to address technical challenges. Support legacy application migrations and upgrades, working closely with infrastructure teams to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption to operations.

Our Core Technology Operations (CTO) team offers differentiated operate services for our clients with solutions to help organizations scale and optimize critical business operations, drive speed to outcome, deliver business transformation, and build resilience in an uncertain future.
Our operate services within CTO include:
- Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement
- Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products
Qualifications Required
- Minimum of 6+ years of IT Experience
- Proven experience as a .NET Developer, with a focus on legacy technologies such as NET Web Forms, Windows Forms, Silver light, MVC, MVVM, Razor, Blazor, SSIS , Classic ASP and WCF.
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks commonly used in legacy .NET development, including C#, VB.NET, and .NET Framework.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, with the ability to adapt to different project requirements.
- Solid knowledge of database concepts and experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server.
- Experience with modernization techniques such as code refactoring, application re-architecture, and cloud migration is a plus.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

- Analytical/ decision making responsibilities
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
- Open to receiving and providing constructive feedback, contributing to continuous improvement and quality increasing activities.
