Supplier Management Intern Spring 2025

Description 

The Intern will be responsible for supporting Operational Leads and Supplier Management Specialists with projects, reporting and additional tasks.

 

The qualified intern should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:

• Reporting- Conducts data processing in SAP i.e. running weekly and daily parts availability reports.
• Support and implements supplier interface.
• Training Documents- Ensure training documents and department website are up-to -date.
• Updates training Documents and improves training structure.
• Improve Advance Shipping Notification.
   

Qualifications 

• Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or similar.
• Basic knowledge of automotive industry
• Basic project management experience preferred.
• Team work, self-initiative, proactive, assertiveness and good communication skills.
• Ability to create reports, charts and presentations with Office tools. (Good skills with excel and Power Point).

• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
• Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
• Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week).
• Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
• MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT. 
• Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term. 
• THE WORK TERM DATES ARE JANUARY 13TH - MAY 16TH, 2025.
