At Acadia, we’re here to be their difference.</span></div></div><p style="text-align: center;"><u>Seeking talent near:&nbsp;</u><u> San Diego, CA ; San Francisco, CA ; Princeton, NJ</u></p> <p><strong><u>Position Summary:</u></strong></p> <p>The Director, Commercial Sourcing and Procurement will be a strategic leader of the Acadia Sourcing &amp; Procurement team, leading the development of SG&amp;A(Commercial, IT, Professional services, Legal, Contingent Workforce) sourcing strategies for key vendors in North America. This position will play a vital role to ensure Acadia has access to top quality services, technologies, and vendor partners required to support company’s growth. It leads the identification, assessment, selection, negotiation, execution of contracts and relationship with key SG&amp;A vendors, and will contribute to the corporate sourcing &amp; procurement policy, vendor management and governance framework and process. This role will be based in San Diego, CA, San Francisco, CA, or Princeton, NJ</p> <p><strong><u>Primary Duties and Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop both immediate and long-term sourcing strategies/plans for the SG&amp;A vendors with the focus on Commercial, IT, and professionals services areas.</li> <li>Proactively work with business stakeholders including Sr. executives to identify sourcing needs and ensure sourcing strategies align with business goals and enable efficiency &amp; innovation</li> <li>Assess, benchmark &amp; negotiate existing key SG&amp;A vendor contracts and conduct gap analysis.</li> <li>Collaborate with Finance FP&amp;A team on vendor cost budgeting, forecasting, and saving validation</li>
