White Oak Kings Mountain is a 154-bed long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation facility located at 716 Sipes Street in Kings Mountain, NC behind Atrium Kings Mountain Hospital. 

All applicants must be a graduate of high school and have a current and active CNA Certification in the state of North Carolina.
