Hubs are synonym to <b>GBS/GCC</b> that is widely known in the industry.</span></p><p><span><b>Global Talent Services</b> is one of our key service lines in Hubs part of Chief Talent Office that helps provide E-2-E Talent Acquisition services globally to businesses spread across General Medicines, Specialty care, Vaccines, R&amp;D, Manufacturing from Hubs across regions in proximity. This role will be responsible to recruit for Europe a and managing the volume hiring needs. Across 2023/2024 our consolidated hiring volumes for the region has been 5000+. This is subjected to growth as we expand our launches in the region. Ready to get started? </span></p><p></p><p><span><b>Main responsibilities:</b> </span></p><p><span>Assume accountability for all Recruitment Services delivered across the hub, ensuring alignment with Sanofi's business strategy and global talent acquisition priorities.​</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Play a key role in the seamless integration and transition of new recruitment services into the hub, ensuring minimal disruption and a positive experience for stakeholders.​</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead the planning and coordination of recruitment activities within the hubs, optimizing resource allocation and service delivery models.​</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead and manage a mix of experienced and junior recruiters and manage the workload for all recruiters in the hub ​</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support the organization in understanding talent needs. Provide advice on the appropriate hiring strategy and approach.​</span></p></li><li><p><span>Advise the organization’s hiring managers and leadership team on recruiting decisions, best practices, compensation, and future hiring planning.​</span></p></li><li><p><span>Led the implementation of industry-leading hiring practices. Oversee consistent compliance with established recruitment best practices and processes.​</span></p></li><li><p><span>Help and advise hiring managers on writing job descriptions, benchmarking, and candidate selection.​</span></p></li><li><p><span>Led in-house efforts to develop the capabilities of recruiters and hiring managers to network, source, assess, and hire talent.​</span></p></li><li><p><span>Oversee the work of the hiring team and manage their performance. Provide feedback on their performance and act as a mentor to the team. Recruit, train, and develop new members of the team as required.​</span></p></li><li><p><span>Oversee all the communication between the organization’s hiring managers/recruiters and candidates.​</span></p></li><li><p><span>Own the reporting and analysis of key performance metrics (SLAs) for all hub-based recruitment services.​</span></p></li><li><p><span>Champion a customer-centric approach within the hubs, ensuring that candidate and hiring manager needs are prioritized.​</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with the Talent Tech team to support the development and implementation of technology solutions that enhance recruitment processes, improve efficiency, and embrace innovation.​</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain regular communication and collaboration with the Candidate Care Hub Lead and Sourcing Strategy Hub Lead to ensure a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience.​</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proactively share best practices, talent intelligence, and market insights to optimize recruitment outcomes across all hubs.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>About you  </span></b></p><p><span> <br/>You are a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of success in leading and managing global rec
