We are currently seeking career-driven students who are interested in a Co-Op opportunity in a welding/fabrication environment, for the 2025 - 2026 academic calendar year.
We are seeking Co-Ops who possess the following educational and work qualifications:
- High school CTC/CTE or post-secondary students currently enrolled in a welding or metal fabrication program
- The ability to learn and use tools, blueprints and measuring instruments
- A satisfactory or above academic, attendance and safety record.
Based on business demands, the Co-Op is welcome to apply for future full-time 1st or 3rd shift opportunities, barring successful completion of high school or post-secondary graduation requirements and a minimum performance rating of meets expectations during their time at High Steel Structures LLC.
