Entry Level Administration Assistant – Head Office, Pakenham
Part-Time (February Start)
Wellbeing Chiropractic is Australia’s largest provider of Chiropractic care, with 50 clinics (and counting!) across the country — and we’re still growing!
We’re looking for a bright, motivated and detail-driven Entry level Administration Assistant to join our energetic Property team at our Head Office in Pakenham.

About the Role
This is a part-time position of 15 hours per week working Monday, Wednesday & Friday, with potential to grow into full-time as we expand.
You’ll be based at our Head Office in Pakenham, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who genuinely care about what they do.
You’ll play a key part in keeping our fast-paced office running smoothly. Working alongside the Property team, your days will be filled with variety, learning opportunities and a supportive team environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- General administration and document management
- Assisting with our Practice Management System (PMS)
- Keeping our internal drives (SharePoint) organised and up to date
- Compiling and preparing reports for management
- Supporting the team with day-to-day operations and ad hoc tasks
Full training and ongoing support will be provided – we’ll help you grow into your role every step of the way.

Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Organisation Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure without compromising accuracy.
- Confidentiality: The ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Time Management Skills: able to manage your time wisely and ability to adapt to changes in priorities
- Excellent Communication: both written and verbal is essential.
- Willingness to Learn: Open to acquiring new skills and knowledge with a positive can do attitude
- Microsoft Office Suite: Competent with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
