The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end user experience design process and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, user-centered digital solutions. This role requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li> Lead the UX process from discovery and research through to final delivery. </li><li> Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing. </li><li> Translate business requirements into user journeys, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. </li><li> Develop and maintain scalable design systems. </li><li> Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and key stakeholders onsite. </li><li> Facilitate workshops and design thinking sessions. </li><li> Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization. </li><li> Iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics. </li><li> Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across digital platforms.</li></ul>
