JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Operations team at Commvault is seeking GTM Operations Manager to support our Commvault Customer Organization and Hyperscaler Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This role will encompass the operational support of our customer experience initiatives, customer success, sales engineering, and professional services, driving consistent execution and operational excellence across these areas. In addition, it will play a key role in operationalizing our go-to-market activities in Hyperscaler marketplaces and co-sell motions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Commvault Customer Organization teams to optimize processes.

• Implement best practices and standardized workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance systems capabilities and efforts

• Leverage technology solutions to automate and streamline operations.

• Develop and deliver metrics and insights to drive data-driven decision-making

Cloud GTM Strategy Execution:

• Support the development and execution of the Hyperscaler GTM strategy.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive insights and actions.

• Ensure alignment between the Hyperscaler GTM team and other operational functions.

Forecasting and Pipeline Management:

• Own forecasting and pipeline management for the Hyperscaler GTM organization.

• Work with finance and operations teams to develop accurate revenue forecasts and projections for Hyperscaler GTM and regional Services teams

• Drive the execution of regular cadence activities, including QBRs, forecast calls, other GTM efforts

Data Integrity and Governance:

• Maintain data accuracy and integrity in Salesforce, ensuring accurate reflection of opportunities and territories.

• Regularly review data with team members to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Act as a trusted partner to leaders across supported business units

• Address and resolve operational issues, including compensation, system-related challenges, and process gaps

• Develop enablement tools and resources to support productivity in supported business units

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in leadership roles within Operations, Business Analysis, or related areas, preferably in the SaaS or software industry.

• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and PowerPoint is required.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Thank you for your interest in Commvault. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, and within the below base salary range:

$85,000 - $212,800
