Training Coordinator & Production Coordinator

• Work with leadership, coordinators and teams to map and execute the training plans for each role.
• Work with the Safety/HR managers to identify new training opportunities/requirements.
• Work with subject matter experts to review/improve training plans when required.
• Identify cross-training needs and opportunities for advancement for employees.
• Monitor completion and compliance of required training including safety training, work system training, HR training.
• Assist in building KPI's to measure training completion rates and effectiveness.
• Stay up to date on current and changing legislation relating to safety and HR training.
• Certify to become a Trainer in specific Safety Topics as required (e.g. Fall arrest, confined space, crane, etc.).

What are we looking for?

• Knowledgeable
  • University Degree or College Diploma in a human resource or business program.
• Experienced
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant, experience in a human resource or equivalent role.
• Effective
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with Safety and other functional teams. 
  • Skilled at all forms of communication and demonstrated ability to continually improve such skills.
  • Ability to coach and engage with hourly employees.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent team development skills.
  • Detail oriented, accurate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and commitment to meet deadlines.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
