Training Coordinator & Production Coordinator

- Work with leadership, coordinators and teams to map and execute the training plans for each role.
- Work with the Safety/HR managers to identify new training opportunities/requirements.
- Work with subject matter experts to review/improve training plans when required.
- Identify cross-training needs and opportunities for advancement for employees.
- Monitor completion and compliance of required training including safety training, work system training, HR training.
- Assist in building KPI's to measure training completion rates and effectiveness.
- Stay up to date on current and changing legislation relating to safety and HR training.
- Certify to become a Trainer in specific Safety Topics as required (e.g. Fall arrest, confined space, crane, etc.).
What are we looking for?
- Knowledgeable
- University Degree or College Diploma in a human resource or business program.
- Experienced
- Minimum 3 years of relevant, experience in a human resource or equivalent role.
- Effective
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with Safety and other functional teams.
- Skilled at all forms of communication and demonstrated ability to continually improve such skills.
- Ability to coach and engage with hourly employees.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent team development skills.
- Detail oriented, accurate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and commitment to meet deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
