<p><strong>POS-27675</strong></p>
<p>As a Senior International Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll join a fast-growing team of marketers passionate about building an iconic brand through advertising, activations, and partnerships. </p>
<p>You will be responsible for raising awareness and consideration for the HubSpot brand and its products in key markets globally. You will collaborate closely with our brand paid media, product marketing, partnerships, regional marketing teams, and external agency partners to develop and review brand strategy and creative and transcreate global brand advertising campaigns for local markets.</p>
<p>You’ll also help to evaluate and manage partnerships and activations and measure their effectiveness in the region. </p>
<p>You’ll be a brand steward and work with stakeholders across the organization to craft, preserve, and further develop the HubSpot brand.</p>
<p><strong>In this role, you’ll:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Be responsible for increasing awareness and consideration of HubSpot and its core products through brand advertising, activations, and partnerships in the UK, FR, DE, and Australia</li>
<li>Work closely with the global brand team and creative partners to shape global campaign strategy and create assets that are contextually relevant to local markets</li>
<li>Work with the paid media team and media partners to develop media strategy and recommend placements that will break through and reach our target audience </li>
<li>Develop and review positioning and copy aimed at awareness and consideration</li>
<li>Become a product and audience expert, understanding our audience’s pain points and how HubSpot helps solve them</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally with regional marketing teams to transcreate work and hit awareness goals</li>
<li>Provide creative feedback to internal and external partners in a way that is clear, empowering, and empathetic</li>
<li>Bring new ideas on how the HubSpot brand can reach our audience in new, breakthrough ways that turn heads and capture outsized attention </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>We are looking for people who:</strong><strong><br/></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ideally 8 years of experience as an individual contributor in a brand marketing role at an agency or in-house </li>
<li>Are passionate about brand advertising and partnerships and developing head-turning work for the UK, FR, DE, and AU markets</li>
<li>Are knowledgeable about social media, influencer marketing, and paid media and their impact on brand awareness and consideration goals</li>
<li>Consistently deliver results, exceeding/overperforming against key brand metrics like raising awareness and consideration </li>
<li>Working with external vendors, like agency partners and creators, and have a proven track record of collaborating with them to build successful demand campaigns</li>
<li>Have experience creating strategic and tactical briefs for agency partners, creators, and internal teams</li>
<li>Are familiar with paid media channels and developing paid media strategies along with internal teams and agency partners</li>
<li>Have experience managing partnerships and activations and building long-term programs that help increase brand awareness, sentiment, and consideration </li>
<li>Are able to set campaign goals, analyze campaign data to make optimizations, and report on campaign success and brand health metrics</li>
<li>Are naturally curious and have a drive to learn more</li>
<li>Are able to communicate ideas and decisions clearly across teams and to leadership</li>
<li>Have thorough knowledge of the UK, FR, DE, and AU advertising and media landscape and have lived and worked in at least one of those regions</li>
<li><strong>EN is required, FR and DE language skills are a plus</strong></li>
</ul>
