About the role

The Consumer Science and Product Experience group ensures the consumer-centricity of specific innovations within a category and/or a region pipeline. As a Summer Intern you will help to carry out some key aspects of product testing, such as supplying participants with study materials, and report writing. You will also participate social listening exercises.

Key responsibilities

• Be involved in the design and execution of internal Employee studies, bench tests, searching in our superiority dashboard for consumer relevant claims, potential areas of superiority and flavors and consumer trends.

• Consolidate flavor trends – globally and regionally, general and category specific. Organize and present result.

• Work closely with R&D team.

• Review and summarize scientific manuscripts

• Support other team member in the logistics and execution of any consumer testing needs.

Qualifications and skills

Essential

• Enrolled in a Science or marketing related program

• Creative and problem-solving thinking

• Proficient in MS Office

• Entrepreneurial and agile mindset

• Strong prioritization and analytical skills

• Personal accountability

• A desire to learn and have meaningful impact

• Strong communication skills

• Can-do attitude

Preferred

·Knowledge of Sensory sciences and statistics
