Description

We are open to considering candidates in South San Francisco, CA, Boston, MA, Raleigh, NC, or Dallas, TX for this role.

The Sponsor Operations Team is a centralized operational and program management function. Think of us as the connective glue across the functional area experts that takes a study from concept → protocol →platform requirements/configuration→ live → closed for internal and external partners. Our user/customer takes many shapes across the lifecycle of a program whether it be in support of platform learning, 3P integration, commercial driven business, and/or internal R&D efforts on the clinical studies platform for the purposes of evidence generation. As a Study Operations Recruitment Associate on the Sponsor Operations Team, you will work with teams across Verily to support clinical study and registry recruitment planning and execution, utilizing Baseline tools and functionality to meet the needs of our internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead internal and external meetings that support the planning and setup, maintenance, and closeout phases of multiple concurrent clinical research studies.
  • Provide verbal and written updates to key internal and external stakeholders about progress towards milestones/timelines, potential risks/blockers, and status of KPIs.
  • Summarize and surface open items and possible paths forward to appropriate stakeholders to gain alignment on next steps.
  • Develop study-related materials, such as kick off materials, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, decision logs, action item trackers, project updates, study/recruitment flow charts and charters to share with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate between marketing, clients, vendors, procurement, and various other teams to ensure on time launch and successful execution of recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong project management skills (e.g. PMP) and attention to detail.
  • 3+ years of experience working in clinical trial patient recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills that will be used when leading discussions with director-level clients at large pharmaceutical companies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of campaigns involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to empower cross-functional teams to execute on program work without directly managing them.
  • Ability to summarize complex topics into a digestible format/document to facilitate team discussions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $104,000 - $160,000 + equity + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
