WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications): 
    • Engineer I: $95,000 - $115,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Engineer II: $110,000 - $130,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

  • Drive front end development, testing, maintenance, and seamless integration of applications and systems.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to innovate and craft cutting-edge digital solutions; develop robust apps, APIs, and data solutions to drive implementation.
  • Step into various roles as needed from individual contributor to leader, teacher, and mentor.
  • Develop a deep understanding of supported business areas, proactively addressing their objectives and challenges
  • Assess and optimize solutions, balancing performance tradeoffs to deliver maximum benefits

WHAT YOU’LL BRING: 

  • 3+ years of experience in front end development in an enterprise environment, with a focus on React and a strong understanding of JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, and best practice software engineering practices. 
  • Agile mindset with experience in iterative development environments, using tools like JIRA and Confluence. 
  • Strong integration skills, including working with RESTful APIs.
  • CI/CD experience with GitHub Workflows/Actions or similar dependency management tools. 
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do
  • Ability to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection in a listed location

PREFERRED: 

  • Exposure to AWS Microservices, AWS CDK, Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions.
  • Redux & Sagas for state and interactions and Jest Testing
  • Experience working with Spring Boot 3 and Java 8, 11, 17/Groovy 3.
