You will both identify and capitalize on the most impactful opportunities for enhancing the capacity, reliability and efficiency of our Supply Chain Processes. We are looking forward to your application!   </p><p>At Enpal, you will be responsible for:  </p><ul><li><p><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration: </strong>Define clear roadmaps and initiatives while collaborating with MS Dynamics Engineers, Functional Consultants, other engineering teams and stakeholders working in Supply Change Management, Finance, Logistics and Purchasing.  </p></li><li><p><strong>Stakeholder Management &amp; Communication: </strong>Act as an impact advocate by communicating product releases and their impacts across stakeholders. </p></li><li><p><strong>Product Delivery &amp; Discovery: </strong>Drive product discovery and delivery to optimize SCM operations (for purchasing, warehousing, and transportation) and enhance cost efficiencies through technical implementations in a complex supply chain management environment. </p></li><li><p><strong>Product Development: </strong>Refine and break down complex business requirements into clear product backlog items. Empower technical teams towards iterative and measurable improvements in a dynamic environment. Define product metrics and build dashboards for core SCM features and products. </p></li><li><p><strong>Product Vision &amp; Strategy: </strong>Define and drive strategy for your product area by defining and aligning strategic objectives with business and tech teams. Drive KPI improvements and core initiatives to deliver impactful results. </p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>You have at least <strong>5</strong><strong> years of experience in Product Management. </strong> </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You have at least 2 years of experience in<strong> Supply Chain Management, Logistics or E-Commerce </strong>environments.
