FanDuel Group is seeking a Regulatory Senior Manager to play a critical role in ensuring compliance with evolving laws, statutes, and industry regulations. This is a high-impact, strategic role that will require a detail-oriented, proactive leader with experience in regulatory compliance, legal affairs, or a related field. As a Regulatory Senior Manager, you will manage regulatory compliance documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Risk, and other teams.

THE GAME PLAN

In this role, you will be part of a highly skilled team of Compliance, Regulatory, and Legal professionals overseeing FanDuel’s Regulatory Management framework. Reporting to the Director of Regulatory Engagement & Strategy, you will:

• Lead the Regulatory Management function by aligning all relevant laws, statutes, and regulations with FanDuel’s operational requirements, ensuring company-wide regulatory awareness.
• Drive the development and enhancement of regulatory compliance software to track and manage state-specific regulatory requirements effectively.
• Oversee the ongoing build and maintenance of a regulation library, and track and maintain regulatory compliance documentation.
• In coordination with Product Advisory and Regulatory Affairs teams, advise stakeholders across all business units and product lines on regulatory obligations, providing expert guidance to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with key internal partners to proactively address potential regulatory challenges and implement compliance solutions.
• Partner with the Product Advisory and Risk & Compliance teams to integrate regulatory obligations seamlessly into FanDuel’s operations.

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

• 6+ years of compliance-related experience in regulation management, governance, risk and controls management, or regulatory functions in a highly regulated industry; or product management experience in a highly regulated industry
• Ability to research and understand laws, statutes, regulations, ordinances, court opinions, and enforcement actions.
• A strong aptitude for policy, process, procedure, analytics, and effective reporting.
• Experience in utilizing and maintaining management tools used for compliance, risk management, and reporting.
• Prior project implementation is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communications skills with an ability to interact effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
