Apple Information Security (AIS) is looking for a talented Engineering Project Manager to help manage, improve, and evolve the way AIS delivers services to our partners. Our team is responsible for continuously measuring and improving the quality and efficiency of AIS services through scalable and reliable solutions. We ensure that our security offerings work together as an integrated security ecosystem, and put mechanisms in place to measure the security value they provide.

Description

In this role, you will partner with AIS leadership, teams, and service owners across AIS to understand the security value they provide, how they integrate together, and how they contribute to AIS objectives and programs. You will help us evolve security capabilities through constant collaboration and deep partnership across organizational boundaries. Your work will be broadly consumed by teams across AIS at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience delivering security services as a consultant or in a professional services setting
Experience driving the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives including ability to negotiate and assemble plans, secure commitments on deliverables, close co-ordination of dependencies and resolve blocking issues
Experience leading efforts in a matrixed environment including working with engineering managers, software developers, and other cross-functional teams
Systems thinker who is capable of understanding and mapping out how components of a system integrate together into a whole
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in highly collaborative work environments
Comfort with ambiguity
Ability to apply a business mindset to technical efforts

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
