Job Description:

• Assist in monitoring overall project progress or program effectiveness, ensuring performance standards are upheld and met, and appraising deficiencies or difficulties.
• Assist in assessment on new technology potential to gain a competitive advantage of business. Identifies potential risks and benefits of emerging technologies to assists with risk management
• Gathers/refines business requirements, recommends or makes decisions on business requirement/interdependencies.
• Responsible in documenting SOPP on processes relating to application development, Change Request, Application security and control, Application disaster recovery etc.  Ensure the compliance of all audit control in the application development life cycle.
• Responsible in ensuring application support & training is delivered by service providers whenever required by end-users.
• Responsible to coordinate post go live support of project and change requirements and follow up with user for feedback.
• Responsible to ensure change management documents are properly documented, signed off by respective BPO, and traceable in respective documentation folders.
• Oversee Application development covering SD Guthrie group entities in Malaysia and any new business expansion.
• Ensure application security design complies with SDP cybersecurity strategy.
• To assist and/or perform task and duties as directed by Head of IT.
